Kneeboard Crashes

Postby TheBod1357 » Mon Jan 23, 2006 11:17 am

Hey, after uninstalling and re-installing Flight Sim, I can no longer access the kneeboard without the game crashing, I can also no longer use any of the Flight Sim historic or any of the flights from the "Select a Flight" menu. I know that I am not the only one who has this problem, and I have tried reinstalling, but to no avail, has anyone found out why this happens or how to fix it?
Thanks

Well for starters when you uninstalled FS did you remove the old fs9cfg file and did you completly remove all of the folders from the old instalation.
The best way to unistall and reinstall fs is after you have uninstalled it you need to delete all of the folders that the unistall will leave and make sure you delete the FS9 cfg file.
You can try to delete the fs9 cfg file and see if that will solve your problems if not you will have to uninstall it again and reinstall making sure you do a full install otherwise the  historic flights will not be there 8)
