When I go to click on Rwy 12 object placer it gives me a .Net Framwork Initialization error: C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\mscorwks.dll could not be loaded. How can i fix this error and if no one know what are other object placer programs easy to use?

Did you install the Net Framework?
