Not sure. You could try a Virtual Airline. Thousands to choose from. Also you could try FS Passengers, which is payware, but adds a nice dimension to the sim.

Free? No. FSP is the one you want. Don't forget that the demo is fully functional but does mean you can only take off from San Francisco.
