silverwings removal

Simple question really.
How do you remove silverwings? I cant find any uninstall file, or specific files to remove. It slows FS down way to much to allow me to run it so I want it gone.

Uh...oh....The simple answer is, you cant.  If you read the readme, you needed to back up your texture file.

Oh that is annoying for folk. I don't think much of Lyons for not providing an uninstall. He is usually quite good. After Heretics excellent comparison in the freeware screenshots I decided against it. He must have backed up his textures beforehand as he didn't keep it.   ::)

Instead of doing a complete reinstall cant you just pull the textures off the CD and replace them?

Well, bill does say clearly in the readme to back it up.  I was also going to say pull them off the CD, but that could be difficult.

No offense to craig, but if you dont read the readme you really cant say anything negative about install or uninstall.

Thats why I always think: Is this thing so big to install that it will be a bugger to get out?

Well, I changed what I was going to say, so the 'no offense to craig' didnt fit anymore.
