FS9 cant download realwether

Hi Yall


FS9 will not download realwether. It just freezes up. I dont know if it has anything to do with it or not, but I have Service pack 2, and Trend Micro PC cillin Internet Security for antvirus.   I tryed running FS2002, and downloading the realwether there. The same thing as FS9. It just freezes up. Is Service pack 2 causing this, and if so what can I do to fix the problem? :-/
