I suggest you check out your throttles to make sure they all are moving. They can come undocked and all not move so when you throttle up only one side is coming up and not the other.
With engines off open up the throttle window and use your joytick or whatever you use to make your throttles increase and decrese with and wath the throttles if ony one side moves you found the problem usually pressing F4 or F1 will re set the throttles but some times it will not. If you still can not get them to work correctly try deleting your fs9cfg file.
Also make sure all of the engines are running.
