Flying Tips

Postby RAFAIR100 » Sun Dec 11, 2005 6:08 am

Can anyone advise please how to get rid of the annoying 'flying tips' which keep cropping up, like how to see over the nose, etc.

IT is possible: In "Settings" I do believe, there is a function called "Turn off Flying Tips".

Hope this helps  ;)

Easy-peasy...!
....as with all FS 2004 options...

Just go to Menu > Aircraft > Realism Settings > and un-tick the box: "Display Flying Tips"

Nothing simpler... ;)...!

Paul... 8)...!
Win 8.1 64-bit. DX11. Advent Tower. Intel i7-3770 3.9 GHz 8-core. 8 GB System RAM. AMD Radeon HD 7700 1GB RAM. DVD ROM. 2 Terra Byte SATA Hard Drive. Philips 17" LCD Monitor. Saitek Cyborg X Fly-5 Joystick. ...and a Briggs and Stratton Petrol Lawn Mower.

You mean, you don't want to be told "your engines are not started, to start press ctrl E"??

I think it's very usefull, i'd spend hours on the tarmac wondering why I wasn't moving without it!;)

No, I don't want to know.     I used to figure that, if you couldn't hear them, they probably weren't running.     And I never could see over the nose in most of the taildraggers I flew !
