Graphical Issues

Was wondering if you guys could help me. Whenever I choose to fly in bad weather and configue the cloud to be at low level I get this strange effect where the scenery static objects go grey like the cloud but the ground stays green. Anyone help me? ???

System Specs :
P4  2.80GHZ running at 533MHZ
Radeon 9000 128MB
512MB DDR RAM
120GB HDD

just try playing with the configuration maby that could help untill somone more experenced than me knows what to do
big or small i like them all ...? that dosent sound right
slew mode dose not count as flying
