Nose wheel turned on 737 experience?

Postby USMC_BEANS » Tue Nov 29, 2005 3:10 pm

My non-winglets version of Moach's fantastic 737 experience v1.2 has the nose gear turned almost 90 degrees.  The plane still rolls fine, but the gear doesn't turn, almost looks like that A320 a few weeks back.  Any ideas?  The winglets version works just fine.  I did a search but couldn't find anything posted here on what it might be.

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

The 1.2 package includes both models... with and without winglets! You can add winglets to any repaint by just changing the model=v12 line with model=winglet in aircraft.cfg.

turned nose wheel... :o odd problem :P what could it be ???

i find it weird that the winglets model is fine.... must be a model issue then... if the problem was in the aircraft.cfg file then it would happen on all liveries....

have you tried reinstalling the 737? (delete the folder, unzip again)

or try downloading again maybe...

perhaps Martyn can give you a better answer...

I will take it out to the factory floor and let the guys who build the real 737's have a look at it!  I will try the reinstall when I get home.  Would it help if I post a pic of the two aircraft to show the problem?

Oh and a funny little story for you Moach.  I am an engineer at Boeing and I have some screenshots of your 737 experience as the background on my desktop and everybody that walks by always stops and asks where I found these pictures.  So basically at first glance you are fooling the people who work on the real things.  Just thought you would like to know.
