Aircraft Performance

Postby turbo_skylane » Sat Nov 26, 2005 1:58 pm

I know how to make the plane go 10000knots, but then the only problem is it goes to 100000 feet, and the plane kinda floats, like its in outer space. is there a way to keep the speed but not make the plane go over say 80000 feet?

yes, i figured that out.
i am also trying to find a tool that i had on my old pc, but i cant seem to find it now. it was on here, i dont know what it was called, but you can make copies of planes, and they would have only one skin. you could also edit how many ci;inders a plane has and stuff. does anybody know of a program fitting that description?

Editing the cfg and air files can change the performance of an aircraft

Copy the aircraft folder, delete the textures you don't want, and remove the aircraft variations you don't want from the aircraft.cfg file
