Sorry guys, but I don't think you have case against any of those guys.  What monetary damage has been done?  The item was free so how do you place an amount after the fact?

What you could do is beat  em at their own game.  Get a copy of what they are selling and then sell it yourselves on eBay at a lower price!  It's all free to begin with so you are in turn doing what he/she is doing to you.

What we're trying to do is at least slow them down or take away their options, if not stop them.
