2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

Looks like he added the orbiter in there.

*Katahu picks up the pager*

Attention all big tough men in white suits, this is Katahu speaking. There is a nutter in Ebay selling payware, freeware, and falsly advertising without permission from anyone. Grab the Marmalade-enhanced injection rifles and go after his. Bring him to me ALIVE and in a high-security straight jacket. Havve a nice day.

Notice how they always have an IQ of a plank of wood?

Here's his little disclaimer. Buried in the middle.

"ALL THESE ADD ON'S ARE FREE TO ANYONE ONE WHO HAS THE TIME AND PATIENCE TO FIND THEM ON THE NET"

I suppose that must make it legal! Well thats ok then. ::)

Anyone who believes that "disclaimer" must also have the IQ of a plank of wood. It seems to me that if they are free to anyone, then no one has any business charging money for them.

Precisely! And the thing is, by the looks of it, there have been a fair few buyers... ::)

I ts an absolute disgrace that this even occurs. However, i believe that little line he calles a 'disclaimer', will prevent him fom being prosecuted.
Which leaves the question:
Who actually buys this?(there are a fair few bidders as well looking at his feedback)
Most of the simmers on this site certainly wouldn't buy this, so is it newbies to fs2004 that he is targeting? I think not, as ebay is probably the last place a newbie would look to buy addons.
I think as much attention needs to be paid to the imminent and future buyers as well as the seller himself. Dont forget that if no one bought his stuff this idiot with the iq of a slug would pack it in.

Oh, and just as an after thought- isnt it illegal to sell payware aircraft like the sigma harrier and aerosoft thunderbolt? The 'disclaimer' doesnt cover that does it?

what is that??

It's not actually labelled as a disclaimer. I just used that term as it seems to be one, hidden in the mass OF CAPITAL LETTERS. Almost like small print. But effectively, he is selling other people's work.
