I love it, that's what I call a real "hobbyist."

I'll bet the owner is a single guy.......?

Search around in the "Homebuilt Cockpits" forum threads for more stuff like this.  Most threads with such stuff say something like "Look at This" or some variation on that.

This one has been posted down there for a long time.  With all those machines and monitors......... wonder how much he saves on his heating bill in the winter.... and it cost on the AC bill in the summer  ;).

best,

Okay, well I wonder how effective that REALLY is.  I could never do that, with all the separaiton in the monitor.  Well, who knows maybe I'd get used to it.  It seems a little wierd though.

Someone should take him to him a crate of beer and an inflatable lady.
I dream of that much time on my hands:
Wife
2 children
Dog
Fish
House

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

Nice!!!! way to go any more real than that and you would have a fan in front to blow your hair. From a vintage open cocpit.

Wow indeed!

I feel like such an underachiever at times.

If I had gone that far with my outfit I would look into stimulating my sense of smell with the addition of a salt shaker (glass with holes in the top) partially filled with 80 Octane avgas.  Place that between pilot and fan.

That's all I can say... gotta get back to my boring setup.

Cheers,
