Bugs in F2004

Postby town » Thu Oct 13, 2005 6:21 am

Flight Sim 2004 seems to be full of quirks and bugs yet they never appear uniform - so my question is what bugs do you get in your flight sim.

My major one is not being able to fly online HMMFFF!

town_of_hgate,

Not being able to fly online is usually a symptom of your setup of your hardware .... not fs2004.  The prime culprits are ....in likely order of probability.... windows firewall.... other 3-rd party firewall.....router/dsl modem firewall.... service provider firewall.............bad data throughput via dial-up.

Head down to the multiplayer forum and read all the stuff in the sticky threads there.  Thet should help.  Heck... we even got Fozzer flying online now  ;D.

best,

.................john

I knew we are getting off topic here but would you believe I have to come to Horsforth every day for work at the big chemical factory there, ask your son he'll probably know of it

JB (forgive the familiarity)

I have tried just about everything and now have lost heart with it and am resigned to just flying combat sim online.

Hi, Lowgate... ;D...!

If the chemical factory produces good quality vino, then both me and Peter will be very familiar with it... ;)... ;D...!
LOL...!

My lad Peter is a director of...>>>

..located in Horsforth and Leeds.

A company which, unfortunately, doesn't produce good quality vino....:'(...!
....but supplies lots of goodies for the education authorities, etc...;D.....!

LOL...!

Cheers Mate...!
