sometimes if you get really close to the ground it'll happen, just when you take off have 100+ n1 parking brake set at runway start, when it's about 105 n1 release brakes and wait till you get to about 200+ ias and then slightly pull back on the joystick, it used to always happen with me

That's a POSKY model...that usually happens when you have a tail strike. Get rid of that FX file, the plane will fly without it and it'll fly like a charm 8) 8) ;)

But that being activated is telling you that you had a tailstrike  ;D.

Like i said ,I never hit the ground or have a tailstrike,I took off even at 220 kias to avoid inclination of fuselage during the lift off and still this shows,in this and another 747 model, btw not only the posky models..trust me  ;)

I suspect the Scrape Points are set up incorrectly in Aircraft.cfg. Some of these entries can be way out & one could be several feet below the tail. FS can't see the actual visual model & will respond to the information it's given.

Take some fuel out and all those people out in the "fuel and payload" takes less leaning back to get it up.  However, if it's happening without you hitting the ground, go into the Aircraft.cfg, and find the area called [EFFECTS] or something like that.  Find some effect named sparks or something similar, and simply delete it.  You'll never have the problem.
