Panel help - AA problem???

Postby 61_OTU » Wed Sep 21, 2005 6:31 am

Hi,

pictures, so maybe this should go in the screenshots forum, but they explain the problem, so possibly this is the best place, I don't know......

The Panel on all my aircraft is screwed up. No matter what aircraft I load I see an ok runway, but I only see the upper left quarter of the panel view:

When I right click to bring up the view menu, the panel appears ok, but reverts back as soon as I choose cockpit view

VC's work fine on all aircraft that have them:

but Panel style gauges like GPS totally swamp the VC:

Something is screwed up, any ideas what?

Thanks Apex for replying, but I've managed to fix it.

Went into display settings and set everything back to default. then reset it to max res. and it's all fine. Go figure.

"Go figure." What I refer to as a corrupted fs9.cfg. Once the old one is deleted (or overwritten as in this instance) FS9 is happy (as is the person using it), again.

"C:\Documents and Settings\You\Application Data\Microsoft\FS9\fs9.CFG"

Glad you got your mojo workin'

We'll not only have I fixed the problem, I've identified the cause.

If I go to display options, hardware, and tick anti aliasing, then my panel gets screwed. If I untick it then all is back to normal.

Jaggies suggest I need AA set, but panel problems are unbearable.

Any suggestions? Driver issue? I have a Geforce MX 440.
