Russian Flightsim development update

Postby Ivan » Wed Sep 21, 2005 7:41 am

Aircraft
'Tushka Classica' Tu-124... Smaller version of the Tu-104, with turbofans. Wasn't that succesfull, but still the first short range jetliner

Screenshots First part of the thread shows an old one

Yak-12 update
Probably will be a Yak-12A forever, although some rumours about a Yak-12M in the forums (slightly different instruments, bigger landing light)
Planned changes:
Pilot (finally), cargo hatch that can be opened, better prop model, better oilcooler model, slight changes in flight dynamics (so less overheating)
New and old front view (Scroll a little down for picture)

Panels
For the Kazunori Ito MiG-23: Panel, scroll down for first look

Project Tupolev
Tu-154M in final testing stage... this one has a slightly different panel, and smokes

If you prefer a more 'lived' panel
for VERSION 9.4 ONLY!

Tu-134 status: will get new exterior model. Current one is the same as the AI version, and is meant for panel and FDE testing. Lots of repaints though
Screenshots should be here but they disappeared for some reason

Scenery
Airforce bases with traffic Don't know when this will be released

Vnukovo new terminal... They just teared the whole old airport apart

Rostov-na-Donu, homebase of Aeroflot-Don. Just go through the whole thread for screenshots

Petropavlovsk-Kamchatka Can't go much more east than this one.
Russian planes: IL-76 (all standard length ones),  Tu-154 and Il-62, Tu-134 and [url=http://an24.uw.hu/]An-24RV[/ur

Still in development.

They are going to use the Bear Studios Flanker it seems.
