Here's another one:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/THE-ULTIMATE-MS-F ... dZViewItem

and as the seller quotes
Please note that as some of these aircraft are FREEWARE, i am not allowed to sell these to you, so they are included, for FREE on the disk, you are only paying for the cd, and my time and effort for aquiring the aircraft, hence the smalll price you are paying!

This must mean that there is some payware in there.

is there ever going to be an end to this madness????????

That second seller has a note down the bottom of the page
Please note that as some of these aircraft are FREEWARE, i am not allowed to sell these to you, so they are included, for FREE on the disk, you are only paying for the cd, and my time and effort for aquiring the aircraft, hence the smalll price you are paying!

Never mind, I sent them both a small personal message about selling freeware.

That makes you worse than him. ::)

There will always be someone trying to make a fast buck out of other people's hard work. Fact of life. Even if you got him banned from eBay he would simply change his identity & carry on. I really don't see what can be done about it. He wouldn't waste his time if nobody bought the stuff.

It's a good thing that we found out so that others may be warned. It's also a good thing that this community has a very good hawkeye and can smell piracy from half a world away. ;)

What we can do as a community is to make sure that he and Ebay know what is going on.

Exactly.

SimV alone houses up to over 17,000 members. We can one of the moderators to send a message to these members warning of pirated freeware products. Through these members, word can then spread to others who are not members but do regularly shop online for FS stuff.

Guys alas this isn't the first time, and I'm sure it won't be the last time!
One person here tried this a while back, we chased that idiot out of SimV. It is good to be aware of these dodgy characters... they aren't true members of this wonderful hobby of ours, alas there are always self-centered jerks even in our hobby :(
