throttle lock up on multi engine jets

Dam !!! >:( just when i'm realy having a good flight, the dam throttle releases from all engine control to separate thrust lever control..... :-[ can anyone tell me if they found how to lock the thrust levers back into locked together possition ??????  :P

its so frustrating to not know why this happens

Hit E then 1 then 2 then 3 then 4, in quick succession, depending on number of engines. (number keys in the top row, not the numpad)

This usually happens when you inadvertantly hit the E key, which changes the throttle focus to engine 1.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.

I find that this happens to me mainly on multiplayer.  What happens is that you end up trying to type in the chat box when the cursor is not IN the chat box... and you end up changing SIM controls when you don't expect it.
