Bear's Outpost

Postby Staiduk » Fri Sep 02, 2005 1:09 pm

Anyone know where Bear's Outpost - one of the BFU add-on sceneries - is?

None of the BFU addons appear in my airport list and that's quite alright with me; since I have to find them and remember how to get around between them. However; one should have at least a point on a map to go by. ::)

All my other BFU scenery I've managed to locate because it's listed on one of BFU's excellent maps; but Bear's Outpost is not, hence my question - where in the heck is it? :)

Cheers!

(Edit: Bear's Outpost is apparently not Bear Camp on Admiralty Island. So that idea's out; though getting there to look was a rather relaxing trip. :)

With a 2002 afd it doesnt show in the 2004 airport directory.

Fly east out of CYDB. Once over the lake fly north up the east fork.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
