Well, Happy Birthday and welcome to Simviation :)

If your unsure how to install the aircraft(s) check out the tutorials in the SimV help section.
http://www.simviation.com/fshelp.htm

Most downloads come with a readme.txt or .doc file that explain how to install in FS2004. Read it.  ;)

If your having problems with a particular download, it would help to know the download file name, and an explaination of the problem(s) your having.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.

You need to do it. Click on "Create a flight" on the left, then select airport and your airplanes, and off you go :D

If your downloaded airplane doesn't show, it means you ddin't install it correctly!

Happy Birthday too :D

Happy Birthday!! However, you should really see the link Dave3cu has provided as I learned from it way back when I was n00b at installing anything in FS let alone aircraft.
Cheers,

Hi Prom0,

2004 aircraft do install the same way as in 2002, so maybe there is a different problem.

If you would tell us the file names of the .zip files you downloaded we could take a look at those aircraft to see what the problem might be.
