Right, This is the link to Daum Studios. The textures are made with FSScene 2004. I'm sure the VFX is an effect which is added on sperately. There is a site that for the VFX which is http://www.uemedia.com/CPC/vfxpro/
Cheers,
Ashar  ;)

PS: In other words, the add-on doesn't exist :) :-[ :'(

hi all..
iv'e wondered about this in the past...it would mean probably adding something to the actual runway itself to cause the reflection...Mmm a tough one,, it would be a nice edition for the future though :)
this is the closest iv'e come to that wet feeling on those rainy days...
not that easy to capture, but if you look you can see the ringlets of water splashing down on to the runway...it may not look much but when it's in motion it looks very realistic, and even better when you add a nice effect of the rain being blown and swirled about behind the prop..like in the spit pic :)
thunderstorm's will never be the same again ;D

but there's just one tiny snag i haven't the foggiest where i found the effect :P  but i have located it from my archive, so anyone wishing to try it out just give me a shout and i will get it to you ;)

Ive seen that before Lemoncat..
Avsim have it.. and i think SimV may do aswell...

I didnt think it was that good, and it was time consuming to install to all 300 planes i had at the time..

Well, I got in touch with the Daum (the maker of the video). he said that he used Adobe After Effects to enhance the video.
Dear Ashar

Thanks for seeing my video.

The cineplex version have a bad quality, if you want a better version,
you can find it directly to my website.
http://jutado.fr.free.fr/

About the reflections. I have FsScene textures because i made the 2 advertisements videos for the maker.
And i didn't add any FX in both, except some smoke.
Textures can't add reflections due to FS9 limitations.

Well, it's not add-on, all effects that you can find in some of my videos :
hot flux (reactors), hot air, reflections, droplets,... are only externals FX softwares.
I use mainly Adobe After Effects, and all are part of compositing and rotoscoping.
I made also the first part of feelthere video (moving homepage,...) with this software.

Thanks again

Regards

Daum

There you have it, the email I received about 5mins ago ;)
Cheers all,
Ashar ;) ;)

Well that is the future. The only problem is that those on intagraded GFX woulnt be able to play 2006 at all. Oh well, hey microsoft if your listining will you add more realistic rain / snow wind effects. The current ones just dont cut it at all :(

True, but the old Dell with a gig of RAM ran it pretty well.
