FS9 Wont Start...

FS9 Just sits there on the taskmanager at 18,480k  :'(
Just with the splashscreen stairing at me...

Any Ideas?

Had that a while ago, made a new account on my pc and unfortanetly had to reinstall FS :( It worked after that though
