Kevin,

I was initially shocked when I found out about THAT one!

Kevin,

I was initially shocked when I found out about THAT one!

But then after giving it a few moments thought... I realized that this was probably not the unauthorized "own time" efforts of some Microsoft employee.  That would NOT be allowed.... he/she 'd get him/herself fired in a heartbeat.

So it HAS to be a "company approved" effort..... and as such it fits into the "controlling the spin" mode of gorilla marketing.  So it will contain only what Microsoft wants it to contain.

But who cares... it is at least SOME information.  ;)

best,

.................john

It was only the company approved stuff that they presented ...... there was a Microsoft representative making sure that nothing unauthorised came out and no unauthorised material left the room. It was interesting and enlightening none the less.

They said in the presentation that they watch forums like ours ...... so keep pumping out the ideas... you never know some might stick

Talking of Stick..

Why dont we post something like
'FS10 - What you want'

And get a mod to sticky it..

We could put all sensible suggestions in..
Convosation would be a no-no, to minimise the size of the thread...

What do ya think?

Eno,

Sorry if I wasn't clear with the English.   By "THAT one" I meant the original BLOG existing... not the info you posted.

The BLOG is what I am saying is "company approved".

best,

It's been done before with previous versions, including the present one....
...and I wonder who is going to filter the "daft" suggestions out before they appear in the thread...?
It gets ridiculous after a while...
"I want to be able to shoot things and bomb things and mess things up in FS 10"...
...etc...etc...

We've had it all before...!
