SIDS/STARS

Postby Rocket_Bird » Fri Jul 15, 2005 11:21 pm

Anyone know a site which contains a database of all the SIDS/Stars I need for IFR departure and arrival in flight sim?  A lot of times I fly online with atc, and although its easy to pull up an aerodrome chart on my kneeboard, its not so easy to find the sids/stars for most airports I go to.  Anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks
Cheers,
RB

I know the PMDG site has a monthly updated download of SIDS and STARS in the downloads section. However, I don't know if it's only possible to use these with their aircraft.
Hope that helps.

Ya I have the PMDG databases for the PMDG.  However, it is missing some sids/stars for a lot of airports I fly into.
Cheers,

MyAirplane.com Enter the ICAO code in the box (center of page) Unfortunatley, these are in *PDF format (balloonware)

Also, most ARTCC VATsim centers have all the requisite charts and plates posted at their site(s) but many of these simply link back to myairplane.com (given above)

For IAPs we use FSCharts; these are NOT PDF and are suitable for viewing in FS9's kneeboard.
