Wiper Gauge

Postby romaruk » Fri Jul 08, 2005 3:46 am

I found a windscreen wiper gauge on AVSIM.  The problem I have is with the text that came with the install notes.

There is text to be added to the [window00] and window[01].  Also, there is some text below all this and I'm not sure if that needs to be there as well.  The problem is, it doesn't say if you have to overwrite them or not.  Any help with this one would be a bonus.

Its great having these extra bits, but sometimes the readme file is a little too scant.   :-[

If you'll tell us exactly which addon it is and where it's located; (i.e. post a link) we'll be able to help you out a bit better. :)

Hi rom......don't want to butt in on you and Staiduk but I managed to get the wipers working in my old c172 after some fiddling........had to make a new window for the wipers as it intefered with the gps otherwise......see what Staiduk comes up with and if nothing then I'll try and clue you up on what I did..........here's a pic...the actual two speed switch needs moving to somwhere more appropriate depending on which a/c you are using............commoner ;)

lol..BTW they don't actually wipe the rain drops off the window.......... ;D

At least it's made you laugh  ;D

If you do get it sorted, I would still like to use it even if it is just for show.
