I  mainly I sitvh between 2D and spot view.

The spot view is the easyer for Taxi, Take off and landing requiring the more attention is all in 2D
When possible I like using F1 View make a wing view from behind the wing (My favorite places as RL passenger as well) from where I can see the flaps and spoilers operation.

I would certainly use the VC more often (when available) if it was easyer to read the instruments and display.

This looks interesting Springer
To fly accurately  however,  I always use this view with custom mini -panels opened up along the bottom of the screen with the basic flying and engine instruments. Recently I have added trim wheels and throttle/mixture/prop quadrants to the set up and for helos I also use a radar altimeter.

Is it something easy to create for any plane, can you tell us How ?

Whenever possible, I use the VC, but it depends on how the panel looks. I'll often toggle to 2D for setting OBS, radios, AP, etc. because they're clearer. In airplanes with huge panels, I'll often stay mostly in 2D enroute, especially if I'm constantly getting heading and altitude changes from ATC.
I've found that most VCs give a more realistic view over the nose without the unnatural view created by Shift+Enter in 2D mode, and I don't like being restricted to looking around in 45 degree increments. And with VC, using Ctrl+Shift+Enter/Backspace, in an open-cockpit job I can "lean" over the side and get some bugs in my teeth!
 ;D
I use all the other views in equal measure, but try to keep my head inside for "serious" flights... it's cheating to go to Spot or Top-down for navigation fixes. If I know where I am and all is well, I might go to Spot view just because it looks cool.
If I want to "take pictures" of the exterior on those flights, I'll typically replay a segment and check out different views.

The 2d is vital for flying - if I am flying real (without autopilot on) its never anything but the 2d. And seeing as this is the object of the sim I prefer that. ;) If it is on auto though I toy with the spot view quite a bit. 8)

I just have three words to answer that:

"Virtual Cockpit..........TrackIR"

This is as close as I've ever seen to being inside a real cockpit.
INCREDIBLE!!!

I only use the VC too. In a real plane you also have only one view and this is a 3d cockpit. But I would appreciate a faster cameraspeed for turning the head. Aircrafts without a VC will not installed on my system.

I use the 2D panel for start up and runup, the virtual cockpit for cruise and minipanel for take off and landings.

Goto your fs9.cfg and you can change the pan rate speed.

line says:
PAN_RATE=300
change 300 to higher number like 500 or 700.

I too will only load planes that have a VC.
