Lancair Legacy Problem

Postby wilderobb » Wed Jun 29, 2005 10:09 pm

Hi to all!!  I'v had the Legacy 2000 for some time now and have taken a fancy to it. Yesterday I downloaded the Legacy 5 thinking it would be better; and it probably is except they both want to veer off to the left just a little. Both in the air and on the ground. I'l take her up to 2000 Ft., level off and slowly it will drift to the left. Both planes do this with or without the updated Air file. I thought it might be because with just the pilot sitting in the left seat may be doing this but I changed the pilot weight to 0 and there was no change. What do you think I need to do to get her to fly straight ::) Thanks to all, Wildie.

I suppose that you've checked rudder trim ? :)

this is actually quite realistic. I have flown a real Lancair and fly the flight sim one. The real Lancair, because of its short wingspan and short fuselage length, it tends to like to drift to the left. It is not a hands down airplane.
