i start setup and say me:

the dotnet framework version 1.1 is not installed. please install it and try again.

what can i do?

Yes, that is what it is telling you, is install .Net Framework and try again....

I'm not sure, but I think all you need to do is run 'Windows Update'.

I had same problem, does search for it in google and it will come up with a link to the microsoft website, and you can download it from there

yep, look for it in windows update, in like an "other" or "accessories" section.
