Is it possible to fire/launch weapons in fs9?

Hi all!

Does anyone know if it is possible to create some sort of a file wich will give the abillity to military aircrafts to fire/launch weapons(missiles,bombs,rounds)and damage others?

they are several programs that allows you to fire weapons, but you cant shoot another aircraft down (if you really want, get CFS3 or IL2)

I don't want to conect in vatsim and then start shooting other aircrafts but it would be great and more real I f we were able to fire and even downed.

something I forgot to mention I have both cfs3 an il2.
il2 is great but I didn't like cfs3.

In FS any weapons fired are just effects (like smoke) so they don't destroy anything. So if killing is your thing look to one of the combat style FSs (personally I love CFS2)

I have to agree with Ozzy....by far the best is CFS2 (there are plenty European theatre and rest of world add ons)...CFS3 is quirky with peculiar graphics...don't know about IL2.

Mirrage, I have CFS3, I love it, do you know why? Because I've downloaded many wonderful aircrafts and scenery for it, it's pretty bad out of the box IMO.  Try these sites for downloads-  www.avhistory.org and www.sim-outhouse.com (look under CFS3).  Avhistory is home of the 1% aircraft and they are amazing looking, and flying.
