Notes?

Postby microlight » Sun Jun 12, 2005 1:33 pm

Something I miss in FS9 that I could do in FS2002 was that I could cut-and-paste notes into the kneepad (ATIS frequencies, destination ILS etc etc) without having to use the map and a piece of paper.

I don't seem to be able to do this now in FS9 as the electronic kneepad doesn't seem to be able to accept typed text - does anybody know any better?

Thanks!
;)

Hi Andrew - how's life in the Forces? Good to see that you haven't forgotten your pals....

Yup, got the paper and pencil. Maybe with this super-duper flight sim it'll come down to that.  ;D ;)

I use this one special utility kneepad (browser included) thats hanging around somewhere here in simviation.  It doesn't really let you type, but has a nice little convenient homepage that lets you type in the destination, and it will give you all the charts and frequencies for that particular airport.  Also the weather metars as well!
Cheers,
RB
