There are literally hundreds of screen shot utilities. Many are freeware some you have to pay for. Personally I wouldn't pay for any since the freeware ones give just as good results and have plenty of options.
FSScreen is a simple easy to use program but it doesn't have many options. YAFSScreen (Yet Another FSScreen) has a lot more options and allows you to use more than a single folder. I use it for several games and have a folder for each one. Just TAFSScreen to use the folder you want. You can even specify the output format.
Another good utility is Irfanview. It's free and will open and convert a huge number of graphic formats. It also has a screen shot setting so you are getting two utilities in one.
There's a bunch of others I don't remember off hand. Just run a search on Google and you'll turn up a lot.
