HELP

Postby kingmarktheaviator » Sun Jun 05, 2005 4:39 am

Hey people, I have got an F-14 panel, one with a radar gauge in it.  I have got a fully registered FSUIPC module, but the AI aircraft do not appear on the radar screen.  I have the Visual Basic Runtime VB6 files installed, and I don't know how to get the gauge to work properly.  please help, if there is a different radar gauge out there that's ideal!  maybe it's because the gauge was made in 2002 or something i dont know.

cheers people

Which radar gauge is it? Have you registered the radar gauge in FSUIPC?

If it is the F16.gauge radar gauge, it needs to be registered through FSUIPC before it will work.

Yeah I guess, but how can that be done??

p.s. it's eric Murciano's radar gauge.
The DSB Typhoon uses it

While in running FS-9, bring up your menu by hitting "alt".
Click on:
Modules>FSUIPC> Register an Application Program.

In the "program name" box type: f16.gau.
(This is Eric Murciano's radar gauge.)

Since you have a registerd version, you don't need the specific "key" for the guage.

Click OK and that's it, the guage should now work.

That's odd, because once FSUIPC is registered the "Register an Application Program" tab disappears.  I don't know what is going on with it!  Thanks anyway though
