FS2004 Startup Problem

Postby jinzo012 » Sun Jun 05, 2005 10:31 pm

I got an issue with FS2004. When I star the fs9.exe application it will launch FS2004, and display the Splashscreen (Default) and for a estimated 5/10 of a second display a black screen and then switch to the Create a flight screen and then terminate. Everytime. I need a work around for this.

PLEASE HEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!

Thank You
Sincerely, PERSON WHO NEEDS HELP! jr.

..Hi jinz.can't say offhand what your problem is , but first try deleting the FS9.cfg file....a new one will be generated when you restart the sim........

........if you can't find it then for  Windows XP  the path is like this......C/Documents and Settings/Owner/Application Data/Microsoft/FS9. it may be hidden so make sure you have show hidden file checked.....commoner ;)

BTW have you installed any new aircraft etc just prior to this?

Thanx a lot kinda forgot about the FS9 folder.

To answer your question before that happened I installed a Sabb 340 and the Feelthere/Wilco CRJ-200
