Can't change ILS or COM freq

Postby Zaphod » Mon May 30, 2005 6:31 am

I've just downloaded the Antonov AN-72 from page 68 of the 2004 jets download page (AntonovAirlinesAN-72.zip) and although I get the usual +- symbols when I hover the cursor over the frequency display (which is mounted on the throttle quadrant) I seem to be unable to change the frequency for com1, nav1 or nav2.

Any help appreciated.
Cheers.
Zaphod.

p.s.
It is possible to change the transponder and ADF frequency.

Sounds like they might be misconfigured.

Check the aircraft.cfg file.....

[Radios]
// Radio Type = availiable, standby frequency, has glide slope
Audio.1

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.

Hi Dave.
Thanks fro the quick reply. Heres what I have in my a/c config;

[Radios]
// Radio Type=availiable, standby frequency, has glide slope
Audio.1=1
Com.1=1, 1
Com.2=1, 1
Nav.1=1, 1, 1
Nav.2=1, 1, 1
Adf.1=1
Transponder.1=1
Marker.1=1

I dont display a freq. for com2 so I've changed it to read;

[Radios]
// Radio Type=availiable, standby frequency, has glide slope
Audio.1=1
Com.1=1, 1
Com.2=1, 0
Nav.1=1, 1, 1
Nav.2=1, 1, 1
Adf.1=1
Transponder.1=1
Marker.1=1

Unfortunately I still can't change Com1 Nav 1 or Nav 2.

Change it to this....

[Radios]
// Radio Type=availiable, standby frequency, has glide slope
Audio.1=1
Com.1=1, 0
Com.2=0, 0
Nav.1=1, 0, 1
Nav.2=1, 0, 1
Adf.1=1
Transponder.1=1
Marker.1=1
