Gruman Tracker..

Postby Zaphod » Thu May 26, 2005 3:08 pm

I've just started getting into carrier opps and have downloaded the Gruman Fab S-2 Tracker by J R Lucariny. It's a really nice plane but the elevator and trim are WAY to sensitive. It may be my setup but I'm hopeing that a "tweak" in the aircraft cfg file might help out.
I do not mean to critisize the author of this plane which in all other respects is great.

Any help appreciated.

You can adjust the elevator and elevator trim effectiveness in the aircraft.cfg file under [flight_tuning].

make the number SMALLER to make the trim less responsive.
ie elevator_trim_effectiveness 1.0000000
(change to)                              0.500000

Cheers guys. A little tweak has improved the flying experience no end.

All the best.
