Carrier Operations Problem

I installed the carrier opperations package on my F14 - The same one in the example in the bit where it says how to use it.

Anyway, I cant get the HUD Icon to come up, The green one. Everything else works fine, Also in the pic that is in the pack, It has smoke coming up, But there is no smoke in mine :(
