Need German translations

Postby WebbPA » Sat Apr 30, 2005 9:20 am

Can someone help me translate these terms - they are for the autopilot on an Me-262?

Ein - On?

Hohe - Altitude Hold?

Fahrt - Speed (IAS) hold?

Kurs - Course hold?

Lage - ?

Thanks.

I tried Babelfish.  The translation was:

a high drive course situation

LOL, those crazy Germans!!

seriously though, I guess that means altitude, speed, course & maybe 'situation' is for 'wing leveller'.

Cheers,

TSC.

Doh!  All I had to do was fly the plane and look at the tooltips.

Ein = On (Master Switch)
Hohe = Altitude Hold
Fahrt = IAS Hold
Kurs = Heading Hold
Lage = Wing Leveler
