Really great deal (Well.. it was at $49.99 on the shelf but the guy told me they did not have the time to update the prices yet)

Got mine for free. see ive got this friend who works at EB Games, and has this "employee discount" and let me "borrow" this "discount" so after rebate, and discount i paied nothing for the game :-D

Thanks very much for the info here.  Was holding off getting FS2004 as lots of stuff has been added into my FS2002 over time, thought it would be a huge hassle to change over.  Well, the improvements are worth it.  At this price, picked up a couple of copies (I am one of those freaks who always needs a backup of this kind of thing).
