Front page question

Postby ajadams » Thu Apr 21, 2005 5:54 am

I downloaded a copy of the "Gold Rush" repaint of the Grumman Goose.

Question: In it's bonus folder is two new opening pages for FS2004 (the scene when you start the game with the plane flying and "Microsoft FS2004" plastered on the screen),  where do I put those pages so I will see one of them whne I start the game up?

I'm not home either, so I can't say for sure, but I think the file is in the folder called UIRES. ;)
Great edit, Bob.

Google it.

Yes, it is in the uires folder. Open it and scroll down to the file named dlgspash. What I do is just rename it to dlgspash-original, then make sure the new one is named dlgsplash and drop it in the folder.
