active camera 2004 is payware... you can download a demo from their site, but it is limited to the seattle area...

about the alternatives, i've seen other programs that improve the camera settings in FS, but i never found another one with  head sway and stuff....

Something from Flight 1, I think called F1 view, is often mentioned around here. I think it's freeware too...

It's freeware...... It doesn't have all the functions of Active Cam but it does give more options than the FS9 default.

Having used both F1View and Active Cam, I actually prefer F1.   ;)
Great edit, Bob.

Here: http://atr.flight1.net/atr_downloads.asp

I have Active Camera because I payed for that long before F1 View came out. AC has many more options but F1 View is great if you just need the few options it provides. It's more a choice between options and cost.

Flight 1 for VC works great.

Another alternative is this one:

http://www.g-daehling.de/fscamera/

Called FSCamera, the website is in (dutch?) another language, but on the left click download.

Program is in English.
