have you installed the 9.1 atch yet? Do that then come back here and so some forum searching using the search page and see if you cand find the no-cd patch for the 9.1 version.. ;)

Then I think it's pretty much up to you as what you install next. Technically you don't need to isntall the update first, but I would recommend it, that way if there is any problem you haven't wasted any time installing other stuff first.. ;)

You definately want to install the patch first before any add ons and the No CD .exe file. It seems the patch has most of it's problems when you install into a highly modified FS 2004. Typical Microsoft. They figure you'll install FS 2004 and then leave it alone as if it couldn't be any more perfect than they already made it.  ;D

I recently did a fresh install and I've been keeping a log of what I have (all freeware):

9.1 Update
Airport Environment Upgrade 7
Extra Lightning
FS2 Night
FS Sky World 2004
Halo light v3
High Visibility Roads
World GA
FSUIPC v3.47
FSCamera
Improved VC rain effect
F-100 v2

:) That's a pretty good set to start with.

Other than installing the patch first, I don't believe there is an order to installing add-ons.

They both will work perfectly, until you open windows.

wasnt looking for an order of what people install...i was looking for things people install after a fresh install, so fs2004 doesnt look lifeless

thanks to all who have posted, helped me loads to get my fs2004 looking more real

Sorry,

Lethal Ambition pretty much covered it.

I use some different programs, but the overall goal is the same.
