Consistent CTD error in FS9

Postby jordonj » Sat Apr 09, 2005 9:54 pm

I experienced a crash recently with my computer, now FS9 keeps crashing when I try to start at different places (near or at add-on airports.

The two errors I have gotten so far are:

AppName: fs9.exe       AppVer: 9.1.0.40901       ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0       Offset: 00000000

AppName: fs9.exe       AppVer: 9.1.0.40901       ModName: visualfx.dll
ModVer: 9.1.0.40901       Offset: 00020d14

I have tried deleting my FS9.cfg file and letting FS9 build a new one, but that doesn't seem to solve the problem...

Suggestions?

Stop flying around these airports???

Okay, have you thought about doing a system restore to a point where this wasn't happening?

Just a thought.. ;) Sometimes it helps other times not at all.. ;)

The FS9.1 patch must be installed or . . . as mentioned, do not use the sceneries that are causing the crashes in FS9.0
