Taxi-way help

I have d/l a new texture for my taxi-way, it's awesome, makes the concrete looks like concrete and so on, but I lost my taxi lights and taxi markings...how do i get them back?  tell you the truth, i would rather have the taxi markings and lights, I know that i should have saved the basic, but..."DOAH"... I tried to re-install FS2004, but didn't work ...can anyone help?

You may have to un-install, then do an install. In that case, back-up all your aircraft/panels/ any other things you've downloaded (aside from the taxi-way textures).

i have tried un-installing and re-installing, but I still have that Problem....I'm going to get a friend to copy his Texture folder and hope that i can find the right texture for the taxi ways.

Have you looked in the FS9\texture folder to see what 'taxi*.bmp files have changed. Look at the file dates, should be 4/17/2003 for the defaults.

If you can id the files you should be able to overwrite

I have the same problem, and that was before installing any replacement textures. Reinstalling dosent work for me either.
