Fuzzy Engine Effect

Ive seen in screenshots that behind the engine is a heat wave effect, I was wondering how to do that. any word would help thanx!

It probaly was jetwash edited onto it

Find a copy of Kirk Olsson's F-16 VIPER. in that folder is an effect for what you are lookinf for:
