FSGenesis freeware vs. Payware

All,
 Could someone explain the dif between the freeware mesh available at avsim.com and the ones they sell?
Both are 38m mesh.

They are one and the same.
The only difference is, when you buy it, you are entitled to any future updates.

This is also true of the free FSG US land class which is an earlier version and doesn't include
the many updates that have been released since.
