Okay I recently found back my old FLight Deck III for Flight simulator 2002...

Which sim did you install it on Fs2002 or FS2004.
Any way in order for a program to use FSUIPC you have to register that program with FSUIPC I would suggest you contact the author of FSUIPC Lee Swordy. He should be able to help you out. Do not ask me where he is as I do not have a clue. :(

FSUIPC is Pete Dowson's baby ...... and the latest can be got from HERE along with registration codes for some programs on the forums.

The FS2k2 version of Flight Deck III won't work with FS9 :(
