Is it possible to decare emergencys in fs 2004 in ATC??? as you cant in 2k2

No. That's something on the list of just about every simmer for 2k6 though, keep your fingers crossed.

if you dont read other topics, we've mentioned declaring Emcgy landgins on practially every "wish list" for the next Flight sim.

take a look, and add other ideas.

About as close as you can come is to change to vfr and land at a runway as if you had some kind of problem. You can even set up a failure to make it somewhat realistic. Other than that sorry :'(
