Postby alexhimself » Thu Dec 30, 2004 9:47 am

Hi, i have just downloaded a B52 from the download section and added the files into the aircraft folder as instructed on the readme text. 'Please etract the folder of B-52 into the aircraft folders(B-52_GMAX and B-52H_GMAX) of FS9.'

but i cant see it on the list.

could you tell me how to use this aircraft please.

cheers

Please take my tip & ignore all advice/instructions to extract zipfiles direct to the sim. I wouldn't mind betting that if you look for the extracted folder it will be in the wrong location or hidden inside another folder. In either case it cannot possibly work. May I suggest you follow the method shown in the aircraft install tute for all aircraft. http://www.simviation.com/acinstall.htm Extract the zipfile to a Temp folder first, then find the correct "Aircraft Container"  folder to paste into the sim. Then you will know just where to look if there's a problem. You can use Cut & Paste instead of Drag & Drop to install the files if you wish.
