how to find the correct gate????????????

   Ok you land then you are ordered to park in gate delta40 (for example) Then what??? how do you find that gate if they dont have numbres. I think microsoft screw it with that.

I usually just turn on the "Progressive Taxi" and it guides me right to the gate  :o

If you get the terminal procedures charts for the airport that you are landing at, it has the taxiways listed by name.

I believe there is a link on the front page which will take you to listings of airport diagrams...  Very handy thing.

Right you are, real life flying involves a lot more than turning on your computer. filing a flight plan, and then tracking the GPS in the flight plan. I have a friend who flies, and sometimes he flies down to Oklahoma City to visit friends and family, and he told me that by the time he gets to the airport, does the preflight inspection, files the flight plan, and all the necessary things he has to do, that he can drive it in about the same amount of time...
